Becca's love of all that is yellow

A while back I noticed that Becca seems to be attracted to things that are yellow. She has a ducky rattle Lillie gave her at the hospital, we have a stuffed yellow flower, a yellow lion, you get the idea. So yesterday I took Lillie and Gracie in Dollar Tree, I told them they could each get 1 thing. They took a while to make their selections and Becca got fussy in the buggy. We passed a display of little bouncy balls and I grabbed a yellow one and handed it to her. Her whole attitude changed, she smiled and lit up!

SO last night I was telling Jay about it and saying I had been noticing the yellow thing. He was playing on the floor with her and the yellow ball. I told him I bet we could take some blocks and she would go for the yellow one. We have those really big cardboard ones that look like bricks. So we decided to try it out, he took a red, blue and yellow one and lined them up, he put the yellow farthest away. So what do you think she did, she crawled past the red, past the blue and grabbed up the yellow one. She looked as us and did a HUGE grin!
