Friday Show and Tell

It has been a while since I participated in Kellie's Friday Show and Tell, but I had some pretty baby items to share!

These are 2 diaper bags that my Aunt made for me. The first one is quite large and the second is smaller for when you need to take less with you. They each have a matching changing pad and a zippered bag for my wallet, and purse type items. I just love these bags, they have tons of pockets inside and out. I may be able to stayed organized!



Last weekend we had a good friend come down, she and her children were here for Lillie's Birthday party. She brought lots of goodies with her, some hand me downs for Lillie, a yummy apple cake mix and other goodies for me. She also gave this lovely dress to Baby Rebecca. It is one of my favorite things! The picture is pretty but it does not do the dress justice! It has the finest little trim and details. It is so soft and dainty, and I love the peach colored details. We live in a sea of pink :) I can't wait to dress Rebecca in this warm, soft dress on a Sunday morning for church!


The last thing I want to share was a gift from my friend Angelica. It is a Hotsling, using a sling to carry a baby is becoming very popular. There is lots of information on baby wearing these days and I have been very intrigued by it. From what I have read many people find that babies are less fussy and the mother is able to keep her hands free and get more done. I wanted a sling and it took me a while to decide on what I wanted. The great thing about Hotslings is that they come in 9 different sizes. Most slings are one size and don't fit everyone. I can't wait to try it out. I have read you can even nurse while wearing the sling, that make take some practice!
